    Another thought. I wouldn't mind trying to tie in a brain pic into the poster. There are some marketing specialist that claim people view healthcare ads with a brain on them, much more than any other ad. So, maybe tie the brain to the knee (knee pain pic) in some fashion. The "Smart Choice","The Right Decision to feel good again" (Right side of brain emphasized),something along this line.
    Could be a feel good or a scientific looking ad.
