We are a commercial general contractor specializing in tenant improvement construction for office, retail, medical, and industrial clients. The majority of our work is Class A office build-outs ranging from $100,000 to several million. Our clientele includes commercial developers, property managers, brokers, and architects. We are a relationship driven company. The market for building these relationships is a professional, corporate environment. We are looking for a design that portrays professionalism and promotes our client driven philosophy.

navy blue, tan/brown, forest green to name a few. neutral colors are nice. no loud colors like red, orange, purple...etc.

We are not opposed to incorporating our initials into the the design if that is what you think looks good. It would be great if we had a design/logo that could stand on its own in certain marketing mediums, without the business name or initials. Again, trying to promote recognition and identity. I don't think it is necessary to include inc. in the design, but i will leave that up to you. You are the creative expert so would love to see some creative ideas for our company.
