Describe who/what this design is about

This project is for a logo for an upscale mortgage company located in Washington DC. The colors should be business blue one shade light the other dark and black as highlights. I am looking for a modern tech style logo. This logo will be used on business cards and in the top section of the website so I will need the logo to also work as an icon if compressed.

The client has requested that the text read "LeaderOne East" make "LeaderOne" all one word. This was my mistake in creating this contest for submission. Thank you for your submissions.
