This is a year long leadership development program designed for healthcare administrators and executives that are less than 40 years of age. There are approximately 6 participants per year from all around WI and each month we travel to another hospital and spend the day with the CEO and executive team at that organization. We spend a lot of time talking about leadership principles, emotional intelligence, etc.
