This is a Group of web base applications geared toward the processes of governance, specifically in committees. E.g. document management for large bill text, managing questioning of a witness, managing requests for appropriations, etc.

1. login page. Just need to make the login page look more professional. Now it is just a login box.. 2. navigation page. We have an existing page with a horizontal bar for the different links. The challenge is that we have 5 separate databases and we want to create a page that will link among the different pages and look like one seamless application. Each banner should be a different color with a tab on the bottom for each section. Each tab needs to be a separate graphic element because we may remove some tabs depending on the client. The 5 sections are: TeamDocs - For group managment of the text of large bills QFR - To manage the question asked of witnesses Leg Initiatives - To manage requests for appropriation prioriites. Report Tracker - To manage the reports that government organizations are required to provide to the committees. LegCorr - To manage the correspondence received that is related to legislation Different color banners for each section. There are 5 sections. Would like a tab on the bottom of the banner for each section. I'd like some graphical elements but minimal. no left or right side vertical elements. everything should be on the top horizontal space. We don't want a fixed width banner. It should expand and contract with the screen resolution. The uploaded logo may be implemented somewhere but it doesn't need to be too big.
