  FAQs for MycroBurst Clients If you choose not to pick a winner within 7 days, a winner will be selected for your contest based on star ratings, and the designer will be awarded the prize money. Project holders who choose not to pick a winner and ask for a refund are not lawfully allowed to use any of the design drafts submitted for their project. Once the refund process begins MycroBurst will terminate that project and all design drafts will remain the sole property of the designer. If you receive more than 30 entries: Guaranteed projects are not subject to a refund. Non-Guaranteed projects can receive a refund of only the prize amount, minus a “Designer Fee” which is awarded to the highest rated designer, for his/her effort. The refund policy does not apply in the following cases: The project is a guaranteed project The contest holder has picked a winner and the final source files have been sent to them.
