We need a logo for our Real Estate Company. We are a flat fee, full service real estate company. Our name is List Assist Realty. We would like to not only emphasize List Assist (and have Realty not as important), but also place emphasis possibly on the L and the A, as we will be incorporating "L.A." in some marketing material. We like bold colors, but not too crazy. No red,white, blue combo. We want something that stands out and is memorable. We also would be interested in a symbol, or some recognizable aspect of our logo that sets us apart from a lot of competition in our market. We are a non-traditional realty company, and want our logo to be non-traditional as well. We are may start a ListAssist franchise so branding is important. Thanks!

Definately want a logo that works well with colored background so our signs will stand out but we also want the logo to look good on white. Gray, tealish and black Taupe black and green red, black and white No more than 3 colors
