Logo Design for Gourmet Burger restaurant

Moo Burger

Yes

Moo Burger is a gourmet Burger restaurant/ Burger Bar.
We will be the only Burger restaurant in the city of Freiburg, Germany which isn't a poor quality chain such as Burger King & Mcdonalds.
It WONT look like an American Diner and will have the look & feel of a restaurant/Bistro rather than a diner. We would like the feel of the restaurant to be:
Modern
Rustic
Organic
Homely
Warm
Therefore the logo would give the feeling similar to this.

A good website for this is a company called "Moo Gourmet Burgers". If you look at the website for the company : http://www.moogourmetburgers.com.au/moo-gallery/?album=1&gallery=1&nggpage=4.
Their decoration & furnishing is similar to how we would want it.
We would like a logo which would adopt this feel also.
We will also sell, Bagels, Coffee, Milshakes & smoothies, but the main USP is the Burger.
Obviously the name is 'Moo' like the noise of a Cow, so we would like some reference to the cow, whether it would be colouring of the Logo or colouring of just the 'Moo' word.

Black & white for the cow As we would like a simple logo, the colours wont be many. Maybe a colour that compliments the black & white.

not sure

We don't need anything too crazy or over the top. Just a clean, crisp, simple logo which gets noticed & gives the impression that it can be trusted & is of quality.

We like the websites above as they are simple, clean, effective but also are professional. We are trying to get away from the cartoon, diner style restaurants. We are aiming at adults not children.

#221 You should read this section as it says not to put the Bagels etc underneath it.

Hi there, thanks everybody for their time & effort. The logos we have starred highly are the designs & style we like the most. Sorry for the changes again, but can designs from now on say Moo! Burgers please....not Moo! Burger. Although we like the logo with the 'Bagels, Coffee' etc underneath the design, we feel it may distract or confuse our customers away from the premise that we are a Burger restaurant. So just the logo design with Moo! Burgers please would be perfect. Cheers. Any questions please contact me. Thanks Craig

Hi people, could you make it "Moo! Burgers" please. Sorry, my fault. Looking at the logo "Moo! Burger", with the Bagels, Coffee etc underneath, it looks like we only sell those items, not Beef Burgers. Burger is a popular name in Germany but doesn't necessarily mean Beef Burger. It means citizen, or town person. Cheers, Craig

Hi there everyone, At the moment the drafts #79 #68 #60 #46 are the kind of styles we like. If you could add the wording of : Bagels - Coffee - Milkshakes - Smoothies to the logo so we can see what it looks like. We are based in Germany and the Moo! is obviously the noise of the cow, however in German "Muh!" is the word for "Moo!", so we do need some image of a cow to clarify to the German public that the Moo! is from a cow, ie beef! Thanks everybody. Craig

Hi everybody, just a bit of feedback for you. Firstly thanks for your designs so far. The designs we like the most are drafts #2 #3 #28 and #34. We like them as they are simple but still classy. The colours are also simple which we like. We are a 'Gourmet Burger Restaurant' not a diner, so we would like the font of the 'Moo! Burger' to be fairly up-market and show a sense of style, quality and distinction. Any questions feel free to contact me. Thanks again, Craig

Thanks for the feedback m8 I just looked at your website and realized you are already using the same font I picked. lol (Otherwise I would have a different one) Anyway, I'll try something soon without "RED" in it.

Hi Guys, thanks for your designs so far and taking time out to design for us. We will give you feedback daily. Just a quick thing though.....we would like to stay away from the colour red for the logo. It's a little strong for us. Take a look at the website of a burger bar which is similar to what we have planned http://www.moogourmetburgers.com.au/. We like the colours, simplicity and it is smart. Cheers

A character, but we don't want to come across as too childish if that is the correct word. If an image of a cow could be included that didn't look like it is catered for children then that would be good. We want to be seen as a restaurant that sells burgers rather than a Mcdonalds type 'Fast food' place. Thanks Rich!

Hi I have a few questions are you looking for a character or a realistic cow as the mascot that works with the logo?
