Include this tagline in my logo.

Describe who/what this design is about

The name of the company ("Alex Media Inc") does not need to be prominent. I would like it to subtly convey our process of improving our permits by (for example) rearranging items in a barrel so that more can fit inside. Radio signals are circles of different sizes on a horizontal plane, but co-exist at the same location by broadcasting in waves of different frequencies. You don't just stack the disks you alternate them to cover additional area.
