"Vandan" or "Vandan Cheesecake"

Vandan is the phonic translation of the Chinese term 反彈, which means “bounce back.” The idea of Vandan came to me when I reached a low point in my career and I knew that she needed to find a way to vandan, i.e. bounce back.
As an avid baker and a great entertainer, I decided to quit my job and create Vandan Cheesecake. I hope that Vandan Cheesecake can reach others who are similarly situated and can use a little “vandan” in their lives. No matter how tough the situation is we can always find ways to bounce back.

I would like to see designs using the letter "V" of vandan. I want to see designs showing "bounce back" with the letter "V."
I want to see design that uses just "Vandan" because if the company takes off, I would like to have the flexibility to make other desserts. Therefore, the emphasis should be on Vandan and not Cheesecake.
I plan on making oval shaped stickers for my logo and therefore the design must look good on a 1-1/2" x 1-1/16" sticker. Here is the link the the actual sticker size: http://www.mavericklabel.com/images/shape_and_size/fe-oval-112x1116.jpg.
The logo should be simple, classy and elegant and convey a sense of hope.
