The logo icon will also be used as a "call-to-action" button/symbol in the app. It should conjure up the notion that when pressed it will share the location of an event to your social network on the app. The friends are made aware of the event in two ways: (1) an event card is inserted in their feed in the app and (2) a notification beacon sends a push notification to your friend when they are in the area of the event. The idea we would like to capture in this logo is location-based event sharing... it may include symbols such as map marker, sharing arrow, radiating signals, etc...
