Describe who/what this design is about

This logo is for a mini donut shop that will be catering to U.S. Military service members and family members on a daily basis. I'd like the character to be a U.S. Army Major wearing the new multicam pattern uniform with "DOUGH" name tape, "U.S. ARMY" tape and gold major rank insignia. He can either be wearing or not wearing a patrol cap with the gold major rank insignia. The Major can also be interacting with mini donuts and/or a soft serve cup or cone.

Great start on this designers! After looking at your designs, I realize we'd also like to have the words of three main menu items included in the logo. Mini Donuts, Gourmet Waffles and Frozen Custard. #3 & #5 Please make the Major younger (about 40) and be able to see his face. #2 could you design a logo similar to your current one except with the multicam pattern uniform? I'd like to compare the two.
