We are a team of experts with various specializations who work together to provide customized due diligence inspections and property management services for a limited and select set of clients in the greater Portland Metro Area.

We prefer to call the occupants of our apartment homes, "residents", rather than "tenants", as it more concisely and positively explains our relationship with them. Our goal, and that of our staff is to determine the needs, desires and "vision" a prospective resident has for their new home, and assist them in achieving it, whether or not that happens to be at one of our communities.

Most of our staff started, or currently are tenants. Therefore we often see our residents as neighbors with shared responsibilities and expectations from our landlords.

For our clients that our property owners, our approach has always been from the position of being an owner and not just a 3rd party "cookie cuter" property management company. This partnership is more of a relationship, as we feel that relationship for the benefit of our clients best reflects our philosophy. We partner with property owners who are interested in keeping well-maintained and clean properties and providing the best overall housing value.
