I need something that is "fresh" and not "traditional" in the sense, something original, modern, and dare I say subtle (if a house is going to be incorporated into the design.) I am not a designer so I am just going off pure emotion and the psychology play involved when seeing this logo/brand.

I need the person who sees this logo to have feelings of ease, clean, updated, freshness. Kind of like how you feel when you see an Apple logo (me personally I have feelings of quality, dependability, clean, modern...I have feelings that I know what to expect and standards are high.)
I do NOT want a traditional real estate logo with buildings and houses unless it can be done in an out of the box way (which I am sure can be done).
I want something:
Professional yet cutting edge
Modern-High tech yet simple and “fresh” “clean”
