The logo may be one color (blue is preferred) or two but not more. Second color could be black, gray or white unless the designer suggests other colors.

Insurance policies have a clause which may be invoked by a policyholder or insurance company when there is a dispute in the amount to be settled. When the clause is invoked each party selects an appraiser then the two appraisers select an impartial third party, an umpire- this is referred to as a claims panel. Each appraiser submits their suggested amounts and rationale to the umpire. Agreement by two of the 3 parties constitutes a binding decision. The logo should suggest a panel, with three entities. The one in the middle is the umpire. I have an idea of the logo, which I have sketched, attached. Incorporates the name and helps to dot the i's. This is an idea to be executed or improved upon by the designer. Name should be in lower caps, we don't have a font selected, designer to suggest and incorporate. Another idea instead of the person outlines would be three chairs and desk, supreme court-style. Have fun!

Hello designers. For you just getting on board there have been some concepts that have evolved since the initial brief. Rather than the blue, the client has decided to match the parent company's logo which is red, black, white and gray. Therefore this logo can be a combination of red, black as the predominant colors. Please note that the concept of the "three figures" in the logo must be gender-neutral, make sure they have no neckties or other motifs suggesting gender. IMPORTANT- AFTER THIS CONTEST IS OVER I WILL BE LAUNCHING A NEW ONE FOR A "SISTER" COMPANY WHICH WILL REQUIRE A COMPLEMENTARY LOGO. THEREFORE BE PROACTIVE WITH THIS CURRENT PROJECT. THANK YOU.

The logo should incorporate the company name "imparcian" It should also incorporate a three-person panel as a graphic. One of the three person figures should suggest the umpire (the decision-maker) in the center or depicted slightly larger than the other two, or distinguished in some other way. Blue should be the main color, you may incorporate white, black or gray. All blue is fine. The company represents an impartial decision-making process which is very serious situation. It decides an insurance settlement. Therefore the design should not be whimsical. Let me know if you have any questions. Good luck!
