Pine Chase Apartments is in a nice area of Houston and houses lots of families. The predominant tenant is Latin and the property sits on the same street with $1M+ homes in the best school zone in Houston

I like the thought (although slightly cliché) - to use Pine trees in the logo but would like to see other options.
