Do you have any additional suggestions or ideas?

Would like a classic traditional logo (think old west). Would like to incorporate a Texas themed element possibly a Texas flag or flag colors. No long horned cattle. Would also like to have a brewing element like a pint glass, mug, grains, or hop flower. Still keep it simple, not necessarily all elements together.
