A casual dining restaurant in Ireland with a focus on:

- provenance (knowing our suppliers and how/where they produce their products)
- Casual and relaxed athmosphere
- Professional and customer focussed
- Global Food dishes, locally sourced ingredients
- Iberian/Other European influences on the food

I like clean lines and a simple approach. I am open to a little symbol or other element in the logo, but as a minor element, not leading. I have attached some powerpoint slides with a number of logos/colours that I think are good. That said, I am open to suggestions. The restaurant is a large open space with a very nice glass atrium.
