Do you have any additional suggestions or ideas?

I like clean lines and a simple approach. I am open to a little symbol or other element in the logo, but as a minor element, not leading. I have attached some powerpoint slides with a number of logos/colours that I think are good. That said, I am open to suggestions. The restaurant is a large open space with a very nice glass atrium.

Thanks to all for their work on this. We are making progress and I like what I see emerging from many designers. Following a meeting, we have decided that the restaurant will have a slightly Iberian/Spanish feel and theme - maybe some would be interested in workng this into the design

I have seen a feature on another logo that I like. It had the bottom of the letter 'T' shaped like a corkscrew. http://www.pinterest.com/tintorestaurant/ I like that Thanks

I like the font format on Number 2 - don't like the 'tsy' piece. What I am looking for is something more simple and sophisticated, claen lines etc. I have just uploaded some content that I hope shows more clearly what I am after. Thanks
