Describe who/what this design is about

My shop will be a play place for the fiber enthusiast. I will sell yarn, fabric, notions, high quality handmade fiber art related items and the space will have a fiber arts gallery to display work by talented fiber artists. So you can see this shop is all things fiber related. I want a logo that conveys fun, but is sophisticated.

The shop is in a historical building with a fine brick front. I own the building so the shop will not be in another location in the future. It is located in a family oriented town with alot of foot traffic and family outings., and the town is located within walking distance of the beach. The building will be the charm of the place and I want it to be welcoming as should be the logo.

A connection to fiber and the arts with a fun, but sophisticated logo is important here. The space will be a place for people to play with yarn, fabric, etc. and gather to take classes and see work by talented fiber artists displaying their work in the gallery.
