The Department, a statewide government agency, is embarking on a rebranding effort to be portrayed in a more family-friendly way. The Agency includes services/prevention for child welfare, fostering, adoption, adult protective services, homelessness, refugees, domestic violence, substance abuse, mental health, food/medical/cash assistance, child care, abuse/neglect hotline, and human trafficking.
