The Transition Authority is a critical institution charged with the responsibility of overseeing the implementation of devolution under the Constitution through policy and legal advisory, resource mobilization, oversight, capacity building and coordination.
The committees work in close consultation and collaboration with Government ministries, departments and Agencies and local Authorities aimed at building on on-going transition and devolution initiatives.
Its mandate.To facilitate the realization of a devolved system of government through effective coordination of the transition process

Try to incorporate the Map of Kenya and the colours of the Kenyan flag.. You can use the shield on the flag if necessary. The initials TA may be incorporated in the logo in an abstract way. Refer to http://www.transauthority.go.ke for more details about the institution. Basically its about overseeing the devolving of power to the 42 counties of the country. Giving power to the grass roots (no i dont want grass on the logo)
Any logo you design MUST also have a black and white version.
