Kokua Realty, LLC is a full service commercial and residential real estate firm located in Hawaii. The logo needs to convey an institutional and corporate feel for our commercial clients as well as appeal to luxury home buyers. We prefer simple, celan lines.

Corporate blue, cobalt blue, the blue Boeing uses, the green used by Cassidy Turley or CB Richard Ellis, blue logo with "Realty" in grey

The logo must be clean and bold and be able to be read on a real estate for sale sign from 30 feet away. I prefer the word "Kokua" to be big or bold. I had consider using the letter "K" somehow as a logo, but I like the font and simplicity of the Chanel logo or the nike logo with its swish. I have always preferred the blues used in the Boeing logo or font color of Bank of America logo, but I also like the bright green used on Cassidyturley.com or darker green on cbre.com.
