Vortex Doughnuts

Yes

www.vortexdoughnuts.com

Our city has the personality of Portland OR, Austin TX, Boulder CO, Asheville NC. There are lots of tourists but we will cater to locals, too.

Target market: 20-50, fun, foodie, traveler, organic, gourmet, local, small business.

If you know about Voodoo Doughnut in Portland, we're like that but less fantastical (dipped in Fruit Loops) and more gourmet (smoked tupelo honey caramel glaze).

See the browns and blues on www.vortexdoughnuts.com but don't let that sway you. I'm open to anything.

not sure

- Use Doughnuts (plural long spelling) not Doughnut, Donuts, or Donut.
- It's okay to imply that we also sell coffee, so a coffee cup, coffee bean, latte art swirl, etc in the logo is okay.
- Perhaps spin the V in Vortex or put a doughnut and/or a bean in place of the O's?
- Do not want a drawing of an actual tornado or hurricane (negative implications), but spinning, twirling, rotating, spiraling is okay.
- It could go two ways, old-school/rustic (we'll probably be located in an old brick building) or more modern/high tech (to stand out).
- Note that those are dots (ASCII 007) in the tagline, not periods.
- The logo (or monocolor variation) needs to work well on a website, business card, newspaper ad, and storefront sign.
