Describe who/what this design is about

It will emphasize the medical aspect of the medical marijuana business. Natural, healing, wellness, simple, Nevada, Las Vegas.

We have a sister company called 'Medical Marijuana of Las Vegas' that it would be good to have a 'matching' logo for too. So maybe something that we can switch the text out of easily to use the same logo image for both.
