This logo is for an area of our app which helps organisers to create and manage sports teams and squads.
I'm open to ideas and interpretation but i think the words 'squad' and 'boss' convey a strong person in control of his squad making sure they stay in line.
Obviously we also want the sports element to come through as well.

I quite like the idea of having a figure in it representing the squad boss (nothing too cartoony!) but Im open to your interpretation.
