Logo for real estate company (rebranding with existing logo but want a new spin)

  I like my original "Concept Logo" so please don't change that concept logo to drastically but I am wanting to spice it up a little. I'm also wanting to see the entire sign with logo design on it so having borders of any kind would be nice to see. Remember the sign will be slightly larger than a square shape so more like a rectangle (2 feet wide by 3 feet long) as you can see by the photo I provided. The borders do not have to be perfectly straight lines either. I'm open to any sort of border so please submit your ideas that would be exactly like a full real estate sign with borders or anything you feel would be tasteful and noticeable. I'm wanting the logo to stand out the most followed by the word 'Concept' to be the next noticeable. I'm also ok with any colour combination at this point. Thx Drew.
