My company buys and flips distressed homes and properties. These are homes that are neglected, rundown or otherwise distressed as a result of physical damage, foreclosures, divorce, estate sales, etc. Our philosophy is to turn each home into an ideal property for our target market (usually first time home buyers). Sometimes we flip the homes, sometimes we hold them as investment properties and rent them. "ARV" stands for "After Repair Value." The message we'd like to convey is that we are consummate professionals and create wealth and value by means of attention to details.

We will be using this logo on business cards, stationary and on our website. It must be professional enough to build confidence in the individuals who will be loaning money to us to finance our projects, yet not stuffy or intimidating for Mom & Pop sellers of these distressed properties.
