I am looking for a catchy, easy to spot and easy to remember logo, for my new real estate investing business. In my business I will be looking to network with, and market to, motivated sellers (such as home owners in difficult situations), cash buyers, banks, private money lenders, realtors, contractors, and other real estate investors (such as other wholesalers). I will generally and mostly be advertising to potential property sellers who are motivated to sell (such as need to sell fast, are in a tough spot and can't pay anymore, or who want out of their properties or pre-foreclosures). I will also be marketing to lease-option owners, and potential renters of my properties.

For colors, I do not know yet. I am open to many ideas. However, I can say that I do NOT want any of the following colors (purple, pink, beige, turquoise, tan, dark brown). I would like colors that reflect positivity, professionalism, optimism, and brighter futures. It would probably be best to stick with 2-3 colors max.

I like simple designs that are very memorable (easy to remember and that stand out). For this one I would really like a design that plays off of the theme of a door and a key (or maybe a house, a roof, a door, a key, etc). It doesn't necessarily have to be all of those but I want to lean in those kind of directions.
