Blonde Betty's Beauty Bodega is high-end but approachable, fun, and relaxed. I have a broad audience and want to be seen as something fun and adventurous to the "housewife from the suburbs" but also edgy and cool enough for the "it-girl in the city". I think of Blonde Betty as a makeup and beauty expert that has the best "finds" and can offer them at lower prices than the typical big chain cosmetic stores or department stores. I see the logo incorporating the character Blonde Betty as an illustration. Maybe just a face or bust. I don't want an overly intricate design. I want something that will be easy to put in items/packaging in the future. It would be great if it is something that I can easily pull a stencil from to silk-screen on makeup bags, etc. I see the colors pink, purples, reds, peaches, and neutrals for this logo but I am open to anyting that looks great. Also, being that I have a diverse cliet base, I want someting that appeals to ladies of all color skin and hair. Just because its called Blonde Betty, doesn't mean that I want the cliched blond haired, blue eyed girl for a logo. I prefer something that is more neutral when it comes to hair or skin color (if there is a character in the logo). I want someting that is kind of vintage/pin-up but not cliche vintage. I want a modern and artsy flair, relaxed, fun, bold, experimental, and not too over the top girly.
