We are working to open a small local beer gardens that will be located by the river is our city. The atmosphere will be very organic, and simple. It will be located in a McKinney's Park, which has given us the name for McKinney's Pub. Also this will be a family venture. I would like to have the Celtic tree of life incorporated to represent our familial involvement, and the natural environment that we will be set up in.
