Logo for small business - 2 variations - 1 Monogram

I want to replicate the "Burberry" logo font & design. I would like it to read "Two Days" first then "St James" below in a smaller text.

Then for the second variation I would like something similar to there "TB" logo but doesn't have to be exact. Must have initials TD (Two Days)

Then lastly use the second logo & design a print/monogram with it like the major clothing brand companies (Burberry, Gucci, Louis Vuitton) Please try to use 2 or more colors, not necessary though as colors will change in future!

The goal for my logos are simplicity, I see all the major brands moving to simple designs, don't want to confuse people.
