In the orange/red family + black. Some yellow or grey are OK. If some yellow, use sparingly. Please don't use pure primary type red and yellow (like MacDonald's), but rather use scarlet, orange/red, rust, etc. The logo should look good when printed in black and white.

I am not a designer, so I am open to any ideas.
One I had: Because the words Leaping Tiger Consulting are so long, I thought it might make sense to have the tiger image appearing behind or intertwined with the words.
Because "Consulting" is long, it should be in much smaller lettering and probably below the other words. The words Leaping and Tiger could be side by side or Leaping on top, Tiger below. Or even bent around in a circle. I guess my requirement is just that the logo is not extra-ordinarily wide.
Although I marked Education rather than Consulting as the industry, the logo does not need to convey education.
Another thought I had is that the letters Leaping Tiger lean toward the right to give a sense of motion. This is not a requirement, I am not a designer. I just want it have a feeling of excitement, forward motion, getting to somewhere new, etc.
Please do not use any kind of "swoosh" (like Nike).
