This logo is for a company called Multifamily Asset Managers also known by its initials, MAM. MAM is a government contractor, performing asset management duties for the Department of Housing and Urban Development under the Section 8 Performance Based Contract Administration program.

Asset Management duties include performing Management and Occupancy reviews of Section 8 properties, contract renewals, rent adjustments, physical inspection follow-ups, and responding to tenant complaints.

Section 8 properties are government subsidized apartment buildings for low income tenants. We work mainly with owners and management agents with regards to the asset management tasks.
