Achiver In reference to Draft # 20 Tri-fold brochure Exterior of portion of the brochure Front 1) Change “untreated Adults with ADHD” to “Adults with ADHD” 2) Remove picture of classroom chairs, leave the student 3) Remove on the front “ADHD doesn’t have to hold you back take control of your life” 4) In place of the above text, put “Up to 90% of adults with ADHD are undiagnosed or untreated” 5) In place of the classroom image put the text “According to a recent national survey, 4.4% of adults suffer from ADHD. 6) Leave “Call today for your ADHD evaluation” , but remove Alliance Health and replace it with the telephone # “715.690.1272” Back 1) Please place the ADHD quiz on the back. 2) Frame the ADHD in its own window box, the ADHD quiz starts with “(Answering yes to 4 or more ….etc) 3) Place the ADHD quiz toward the top of page 4) Place the tag line “10 Questions That May Change Your Life” above the quiz box, I would also like this tagline to stand out (note the capital letters) 5) I like an image associated with the quiz, it might look best if you use our logo image (maybe the side oriented version) and include “call today for your ADHD evaluation” and include our contact info “2417 Post Rd Stevens Point, WI 54481 715.690.1272” and our website address “alliancehealthclinic.com” 6) Remove the text “Take the Adult ADHD Quiz” and put it in the interior of the brochure but change the text to “Take the Adult ADHD Quiz on the back” Third side panel (left side) 1) Remove the thumb tack icon but I like the box and and text 2) Change the tagline “Specialized approach to individualized care” to “Specialized approach to individual care” also please make it look more artistic 3) Please correct the grammatical errors in the text (see original word doc for reference) 4) Please adjust the text fonts so it looks less like a text book, use different colors for the headers and/or a different font style. Interior Brochure 1) Remove all text from within the top of the blue wave “According to a recent ….” And replace it with “ADHD doesn’t have to hold you back. Take control of your life”—this is main tagline for the interior portion of the brochure. Use your best judgment but make it stand out 2) Rearrange the content/text in the 3 pages so it flows better, insert pictures, emphasize the headers and avoid using a text book style or font. Thanks, keep the drafts coming JS

Dear Designers: I like many of the drafts submitted but after considering things, there are a few layouts and themes that are more appealing to me than others. Accordingly, I would like to see the following changes: 1) use think stock image #122290664 on the front of the draft (I would consider another image but this is the one that appeals to me the most 2) Please use the following images throughout the rest of the work as you prefer (I’m willing to consider other images but these are the top ones that I like after looking at over 1000 images) in order of my favorites from Think Stock # 122290664 # 78155249 # 139505968 # 101141691 # 104666933 # 133599917 3) make sure the tagline -- Are you one of the 10 Million?— Untreated Adults with ADHD—is on the front of all the advertisements 4) please make a window box for the content – specialized approach to Individualized care— (see Word Doc “website front message” and include in the box--- Call today for your ADHD evaluation 715.690.1272--- 5) please break up the text/content material in the tri-fold with images, icons, different sized fonts, headers etc. so it looks artistic, and eye catching. (Please avoid wordy text book formats) For the post card, on the front I would the same theme as the front of the Tri-fold I like organic theme of the wave (used in the other uploaded images) but would like to see other themes as well 6) I would like to see the 2nd tagline-- ADHD doesn’t have to hold you back: Take control of your life -- placed on the front 7) I would like the ADHD Quiz on the post card, tri-fold, and poster-- somewhere 8) I would like the window box – specialized approach to individualized care—on the post card, trifold, poster as well. Keep the great work coming JS

Achiver, Thank you for the post. I like the general layout and the pictures. Here's some things that I would like to see diferrent: 1) I don't like the Green text, seems to fade into the background 2) I would prefer to put the ADHD quiz into a box or window frame (so that it stands out) 3) the text formatting appears 'wordy'. Is there a way that you could break up the text or divide it with pictures bullets, check- marks, icons, etc. thank you JS keep submitting drafts

Attention Designers, Our policy for stock photos has changed and is effective immediately. MycroBurst does not recommend the use of stock images. However, if you are submitting a design that uses a stock image (ex: website design) it is mandatory to provide the source of the image. Please provide the source in the comment section when uploading. Logos and stationery should NEVER use stock and/or clipart images. Any draft not following these guidelines will be withdrawn. Thanks, MB/LDG Team

akreationz Great start. I really like the layout. For the pictures I would like to use more college/young adult images. Here's a list of photos from Thinkstockimage that I like. Could you please insert the pictures, where ever they would look the best. You don't have to use all of them -- use your judegment picture ID (in order of my favorites- but use them where you think they would fit) # 122290664 # 78155249 # 139505968 # 104666933 # 133599917 Also, I would like to incorporate more info about the clinic. Specifically, I would like to use the content in the Word Doc called "website front message". You can use all of it or at least the content about 1) same day appointments 2) your insurance accepted here I like the font, window and check marks used in this word doc. But I'm open to seeing other styles-- I like to see variations, feel free to be creative. thanks again JS
