One idea I had is to somehow TASTEFULLY and in a simple elegant way to combine the famous Las Vegas sign http://t2.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcRvS5qboXtrqxIWzG03EOW_WnbZzF07HNz-MglPhhDfkihEGYtTfA) and medical caduceus (http://t2.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcRBAAdzNAz33T6rCmwtkA_bCAVuWToah5MIuMzrbltlo4hAkVl0) with 'MEDICAL TOURISM " written in a circular fashion around it....But I am certainly open to other suggestions. It should be simple and elegant
