I would like to use a substantial quality paper for the business card. I do not want to a shiny ink but more flat colors. I am going for an understated, clean and uncluttered look. I tend to like capital letters and would not mind seeing the font for the words on the card be a engravers gothic BT (for the address, email, phone numbers, etc.) I like luxury gold in caps for the city offices on the back of the card.
