The logo should represent the following:
1. The online magazine will present a factual and objective opinion. Combined with a fierce, entertaining, and distinctive writing style. “We will write on the UK hip hop industry not for the UK hip hop industry.” As the majority of our competitors often do.
2. The magazine will also incorporate a photography element displaying imagery of the artist where possible on “feature stories” in a unique and creative way. All pictures on the web site will incorporate a “black N white” effect to enhance the edginess and individuality of the magazine.
3. Our primarily key target audience is the mature readers. Ranging from 21 – 35 years of age.
I want people to think the logo is modern, elegant, classy, with a hip hop feel to it.
