Cadplan measure buildings and land to produce very accurate existing as-built drawings (plans, elevations, sections, 3D models) in CAD. Our industry is changing rapidly whereby we are now using laser instruments to collect data and draw our surveys in 3D. We would like to reflect this modernising of the industry with a new font & logo. We would definitely like to change the font to something more modern and we would like to see a logo which has an element of 3D but is simple in form.

Maybe we could incorporate a red laser beam line in the logo? Or maybe use different shades of the same colour to generate a 3D feel? Maybe use lots of dots to represent the laser points?
I have asked for a tagline to be added but I am not sure about this, would like to see ideas with or without the tagline please.
