I like simple, cool, modern logo's. Something that is going to appeal to the younger eye. I like banners (as you'll see on the website photo) and I like trendy stuff as well. I am NOT looking for anything that looks like it came from microsoft word :)
Think college-age, fun, trendy, and cool. I also like muted colors a lot.
I'll be uploading a bunch of examples of logo's that I really like! There needs to be an emphasis on SMART CITY and it needs to say apartment locating under it (or wherever you think looks cool!)
