What colors would you like?

This logo will be used to put in the directory sign near the entrance of the strip mall that shows what stores are in the complex. It will also be on a huge sign on the front of my store. Visibility and attention grabbing is KEY. Potential customers will be driving past my store and I need to be able to grab their attention quickly. The logo colors must be attention grabbing and be able to be easily read from a distance.

My store is set back almost 200 feet from the street so it need to be bold and easy to read from a distance. The primary focus of the logo should be the word "Laundromat." I am interested in the branding my store as the New Bridge Laundromat but I first need to make people aware of the fact that there IS a laundromat. I was thinking that the word Laundromat is 3-4 times the size larger than the words "New Bridge".
