I am liking the latest logos that look like an old coat of arms, but are still somewhat modern. A clean look that looks old and solid. Mostly black & white with a little blue. The blue should look like the blue used by University of North Carolina.

Also, would it be possible to give some depth and ornamentation to the shield? Look at Google image search for examples of heraldry.

I like the direction the designs 29-37 are going. Would like the design to focus on black & white, gray, with the carolina blue as more of an accent.

Again, we are looking for an icon, something that relates to prep schools. Something preppie but youthful. An idea we had was something like this: http://www.heraldik.se/forum/forum/data/draklo/200532020216_school%20of%20rock.GIF

Just a heads up that I don't want a design that contains the name. Looking for an icon. Also, the "Vines" relates to ivy, as in the Ivy League. It does not relate to grape vines. Grapes make no sense in the logo, so please do not incorporate grapes in any design. Thanks.

Looking for a logo, monogram or icon more so than the name of the website in the design.

Thank you for the submission! Another idea I had was a linear design, with one end of the line being a rope, morphing into a vine at the other end. The end of the rope (or twine) could be frayed with the strands coming together to form the twine/rope, and then it morphs into a vine with tendrils coming out the other end.
