I sell real estate in a very unique area of Ontario in Canada. Waterfront Homes and Cottages, Waterfront Lots, as well as Inland Homes and Cottage, Lots, Acreages, Farms, Commercial properties and Businesses. I am a top producing agent.

I do not want my website to look like all other Real Estate websites. I am looking for something new, different (out of the box), professional, high class, with a luxury look. I am looking for something that is clean and crisp. I like the new simplicity of the Windows 8 look.

I'm going to provide as much information here as possible to help your design, but do want you come up with something unique. Thanks I can write HTML, but I need a new look. I'm assuming you will provide the HTML in this package. I am looking for you to design it with HTML, but would like all the components separately (I do not want just one large .jpg). I change the components often and use them also on other pages within my website as I add new pages. Please look at my website...www.davismclay.com to see current layout and the many pages that I do have. I can take your design and add in any required mouseovers, "alt"s, keywords, etc. I do not want any typical Real Estate template. I would like all of the main components, icons, etc. to all show up within the typical screen of any computer. It will have to look good on phones and tablets as well (current website does show well in all of these). I like the simplistic look of the Windows 8 icons or the icons that you typically see on an iphone or android. I would like the emphasis to be on my name. I do have to include RE/MAX...it can be lower than the typical computer screen shot. I'm including my photo and a RE/MAX logo to use...if you need any other RE/MAX logos, just let me know. If you chose to use photos, they will have to be my photos...just let me know what you need and I will supply. (I don't want to use the current Icons--I would like something more professional and new). RE/MAX Grey Bruce Realty Inc., brokerage, and, Locally owned and Independently Operated, must be included somewhere on the main page, but can be below the main screen shot. I can add the rest. Most of these pages change and are updated regularly. I hope this makes sense. Looking forward to seeing some unique designs.
