Novus controls is a supplier of intelligent building control solutions.

Although listed as a construction industry, a building management syste (BMS) is an integral part of all modern buildings. A building management system consists of a number microprocessor based units installed throughout a building which monitor environmental conditions. The units are programmed to then control systems such as the heating, air conditioning, ventillation and lighting. The units communicate over a network and various parameters can be changed by an end user via a PC terminal.

By having a networked system the BMS can be used to ensure that the building services are delivered in the most energy efficient manner.

Novus Controls specialises in network integration and system interoperability. Essentially, this means that we ensure that all systems can communicate with all other other systems throughout the building.
