This logo is for a business called Nutrition Hour. My business offers nutritional services for individuals. These include nutritional counselling, alternative health treatments, meal plan creations and corporate wellness lunch and learns. I also have a blog on the site where I offer daily health tips and recipes, as well as insight from other nutrition experts.
In terms of the name Nutrition Hour, it relates to the importance of spending an hour of time on nutrition in this very hectic world we find ourselves in.

I would like vibrant colours, I'm particularly drawn to greens, but I am open to suggestions. Colours that mean life, health and food. Greens, reds, oranges, yellows perhaps.
