Patient and Doctor Medication Brochures

API Pharmacy

I have attached 4 different medication descriptions. We are needing you to take the info from each brochure and place it into a nice organized and professional single page brochure for each of the 4 medications. I have also attached our pharmacy logo for you to use and put into each of the brochures. Our phone number/ fax/ website are included and need to be included in each one also.

Each brochure needs to be able to have the logo and the phone/fax/ websites changed out in the future so we can utilize these same brochures for our other pharmacies by simply switching out the logos and contact info as stated above. This needs to be easy on the eye and easy to follow for patients and docs. Thanks

Physicians and Patients

Easy to read and follow. Crisp and clean and extremely professional looking. Need to be able to replace logo and contact info in each brochure for our other pharmacies also.
