We are a non profit that hosts different events to bring the communities together. We then take the revenue from those events help children with financial needs so that they can participate in activities outside of school such as sports, music, dance, karate etc.

(Please note we want to use the letters POQ as we're expanding beyond the Quakertown Area)

This is the statement we have about POQ:

Born out of a spirit of charity, competition and camaraderie, the Pride of Quakertown is a Non- Profit 501c(3) organization that is dedicated to giving back to the community by bringing together the residents of Quakertown and its surrounding communities in the playful, fun environment of sports and leisure activities.

Everyday, more people move into our neighborhoods. But we rarely meet any of our neighbors, let alone really get to know any of them on a personal basis. And we often struggle to find the time to volunteer our time and money to worthwhile philanthropic endeavors.

It is our desire that the Pride of Quakertown use the spirit of competition to breakdown the barriers of communication that hold many of us back and create a community that LIVEs, GIVEs and PLAYs together.

All proceeds raised by Pride of Quakertown are directly reinvested in our community.
