    Designers of #2, #11 and #12 - The request was for a front AND back cover. I would appreciate receiving a back cover design from each of you. Also, please use Gill Sans font for all text. Also, #2 colors are too dark - please look at my website and pull the colors from there - www.mjms.net #11, same issue with the shade of yellow - please tone it down to complement my website colors. #12, I like the color choice but I would prefer to see a different photo - perhaps one that includes 2+ people engaged in an activity - sitting at a table together, something that says "boss and employee engaging"(provide a couple of options on the photo or point me to a source where I can choose something.) Thank you all for your efforts - after reviewing your "tweaks", I will make a decision. ~Margaret
