Corporate. Our target audience are real estate agents and brokers. This is an industry where image and perception matter, so these designs need to invoke professionalism, be creative, and invoke confidence in our services.

The presentation folder itself needs to be very simple, but again, very professional and aesthetically pleasing. At a minimum, we need our logo on the font and the company contact information on the back. The stagger cut fliers themselves need to have the ability to put information on the front and back of the flier. There are five pages for the fliers, so you can either design five unique pages or have a template that can work for all of them. You can use filler text like that in the attached document. The fliers aren't just going to be text. You can add filler images to make more appealing, such as on the consumer demand page you can leave a spot where we can put the image of a billboard.
