Include this tagline in my logo.

Describe who/what this design is about

We sell properties to both home owners, investors and businesses. We also recruit realtor agents to come work for us. So this logo needs to express a few different traits like a family feel such as a "picnic in a Park", or a high class feeling like "Park Avenue", an investor/business tone such as "a property with a unique Vue", and a personnel recruiting / attracting tone which can be captured in the techy, cutting edge way of how Vue is spelled which is also unique and memorable.

What colors would you like?

I have used Dark Navy Blue (CMYK 90, 81, 40, 55) and Leaf Green (CMYK 59, 100). But I am ok if its something if its something close.

How many colors do you want in your design?

Do you have any additional suggestions or ideas?

I always envisioned the name be spelling in this manor ParkVue with Realty being smaller underneath. I also though it would look attractive if the V in Vue has some sort of tree leaf growing from it up stemming up above the name. The leaf can be realistic or a line art symbol.. Which every looks best and most memorable. I want people to be able to recognize the logo because its unique and meaningful hopefully one day becoming a brand in the real estate sales industry. Keep in mind that I am open to any design idea and welcome the designers creativity.
