Describe who/what this design is about

Real Estate company, currently specializing in foreclosure and short sale properties. Need logo that will be recognizable and reasonably inexpensive to produce signs and cards, etc. Located in Charleston, SC we provide quality customer service and follow up.

Navy and Red possibly, open to other ideas for colors, But NOT- black and yellow, navy and yellow or red and white (too many other local companies use these colors in combination)

Do you have any additional suggestions or ideas?

I am currently moving away from the current company logo (carolina One) and need a "brand" for myself. I want something easily recognizable that will still be cost effective for signs and logos. I am thinking the RICHART will be the main part that stands out. Lisa can be small.

This has been tough to decide, there area so many good designs, I am narrowing to the ones people voted for and I am going to do a survey today and decide tomorrow.

Greenideas, I'm really liking the concept, the Lisa-Real Estate Group, you can take out the"Lisa" it's my first name and doesn't make sense in the wording at the bottom. Thanks for your work!

I am looking for something that has some real estate feel to it. So when you look at it without being in front of a house you're pretty sure it's a logo for a real esate company.
